How We Met

We first met in Providence, Rhode Island. Thor had just started his second year of med school, while Yuchen had just graduated from Brown and started working.

We took our first trips together to visit Thor's friend Kian in DC and Yuchen's friend Yadi in California.

Becoming Family

Our families grew close throughout 2024 — we celebrated together at Raman's wedding, spent time together on a Miami trip, visited Thor's dad and stepmom in Montana, and visited Yuchen's extended family in China.

A New Chapter

Thor matched at Cornell Hospital, and we got to chase a shared dream and move to New York City together.
